Ana began her career selling enterprise software solutions and later moved into recruiting and staffing, building over 20 years of combined experience across technology, leadership, and relationship-driven growth.
 

After leading technical staffing at cPrime and partnering with companies such as eBay, PayPal, and Airbnb, she founded Alturas Recruiting Services in 2018 — a tech recruiting firm serving organizations including Walmart, Lucid Motors, and mission-driven startups.

Known as a natural connector, Ana has spent her career bringing people, opportunities, and ideas together in ways that create lasting impact.

Today, Ana works in the financial industry helping individuals and families build tax-smart retirement strategies, protect what they're building, and plan intentionally for legacy through estate and charitable planning.
